EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

  • King County Managing Attorney: TeamChild is seeking a full-time Managing Attorney for our King County office. Managing Attorneys are responsible for day-to-day management and supervision of local office operations and directly report to TeamChild’s Director of Legal Services. Managing Attorneys are supported by the Director of Legal Services and work with each other and with all Executive Team members. Managing Attorneys provide leadership within their local office and community to ensure high-quality services, to create a cohesive work environment including linkages to other offices, and to build strong community partnerships that advance local and statewide goals. There is flexibility in this position for some remote work and work from our Seattle Office. TeamChild staff have mostly continued to work remotely due to the pandemic. KING Managing Attorney

  • Statewide Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) Institutions Reentry Staff Attorney: TeamChild is seeking a full-time staff attorney for our Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) Institutions & Reentry Project, which works collaboratively with TeamChild’s program offices in King, Pierce, Spokane, and Yakima Counties. There is flexibility in this position for some remote work and work from one of our offices as well as significant statewide travel every month in order to meet with clients. Primary job duties focus on providing holistic civil representation to youth and young adults placed in Washington Juvenile Rehabilitation’s three institutions and nine community facilities, as well as youth on parole or recently released from incarceration. STATEWIDE JR Institutions Reentry Staff Attorney

  • Spokane County Staff Attorney: TeamChild is seeking a full-time staff attorney in our Spokane County office. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to client-centered legal advocacy and working to continually reflect and improve our client services and office and program practices. Primary job duties include providing holistic civil legal representation to youth who are involved in the juvenile court and child welfare systems.
