Spokane Student-Led Gun Control Rally, supported by Spokane Community Aganist Racism (SCAR) – From the student organizers: This is Spokane’s contribution to the nation-wide call for action regarding gun violence! The student organizers have decided on June 4th, a week earlier than the national calls to action March Against Our Lives, in order to not conflict with Pride festivities in downtown Spokane. This rally will have strong local speakers (including students), chanting, and signs. It is a peaceful gathering in order to discuss and raise uproar regarding past and recent gun violence throughout our nation.
