I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. When I was a kid sitting at the dinner table, my family often discussed social justice issues and pervasive inequities within our community. This sparked my interest in becoming an attorney. Eventually, I grew up and completed law school at the University of Washington School of Law. Upon finishing law school, I clerked for the Honorable Thomas O. Rice in the Eastern District of Washington. After my clerkship, I gained extensive experience as a legal services attorney providing direct client representation, with a background in housing discrimination and impact litigation. I am excited to join TeamChild, and I look forward to advocating for young people, so I can help them assert their rights and achieve their goals.
